How do the sessions work?
Our sessions will be;
Personalised - to your goals and unique situation
Action orientated - in each session we will focus on the next step in your journey with concrete actions and resources provided for you to progress your wellbeing journey at home
Reinforcing - each session builds upon the last - integrating body, mind and emotional regulation.
Online sessions or in person on Waiheke Island, NZ.
How many sessions will I need?
Creating lasting change whether in your health or behavioural patterns takes time and people generally need at least 6 sessions in order to learn new skills and identify and work through their own barriers to change.
However the purpose of the coaching is to give you the ability to progress and maintain your positive change independently. It's a true investment in yourself.
What are the costs?
Because lasting change doesn't happen from a single session or two, and I want your change to be accessible, I offer the 3, 6 and 12 session blocks at a discounted rate.
20 minute discovery call - free
Customised (single session) - NZD$95
Learn to Ease (3 sessions) - NZD$250
Return to Ease (6 sessions for the price of 5) - NZD$475
Ease from chronic fatigue and pain (12 sessions for less than the price of 10) - NZD$925
Do you have payment plans?
Yes! I want working together to be accessible, so I offer a couple of ways to spread the investment.
Paying in full upfront is the best deal - you get the package at the listed price with nothing extra.
If you'd prefer to spread the cost, here's how that works:
For the 6-session package, you can split into two payments of NZD$250 - one when we kick off, and one halfway through.
For the 12-session package, you can pay in two instalments of NZD$483, or three monthly payments of NZD$325.
