Ease from chronic pain & fatigue
An intensive 12 session support programme if you are struggling to recover from illness or suffering from Long Covid, ME/CFS, chronic pain, fibromyalgia irritable bowel syndrome and chronic headaches. Recovery is possible but it takes time, support and commitment. I recovered from a debilitating case of Long Covid using the mind-body approach in this programme.
